Title of Minithesis       : “ The Influence of Adding Coconut Water in Micro Stek Potato Plant Growth (Solanum tuberosum L.) In Vitro”.

The step of antitipation acquirement need potato seed up to standart quality that to do  many manner in vitro, that to be used Murashige dan Skoog (MS) medium. This research aims to know the best concentration of coconut water of growing potato in vitro and the treatment which of to supply influence the best.

The research to started on date 27 march 2013 and to the end on date 29 april 2013 in Botany Laboratory, Science and Technology faculty UIN Alauddin Makassar. This experimental research is arranged by Completely Randomized Design one factor that is by adding coconut water through four treatments such as control, 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and 150 ml/l.  Parameter observation is the best forming of roots, forming of leaves, heigh of planlet, and weigh of planlet.

The data was analized using variants analysis (test- F) at level α 0,05. Next used BNJ test. The research shows that adding coconut water with concentration 150 ml/l give result the best forming of roots, forming of leaves, heigh of planlet, and weigh of planlet.
